Stabat – Ratusan menggelar aksi damai di Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Stabat, Kamis (13/6/2024) siang. Mereka menuntut, agar majelis hakim memvonis mantan Bupati Langkat Terbit Rencana Peranginangin (TRP) dengan seadil-adilnya, dalam perkara Tindak Pidana Perdagangan Orang (TPPO).
Dalam orasinya, Bobby Purwadi menerangkan, tidak ada keterlibatan TRP dalam perkara TPPO yang sedang dijalani. “PN Stabat sebagai wakil tuhan agar memutuskan perkara ini dengan hati nurani. Dari semua saksi yang dihadirkan di persidangan, menerangkan tidak ada keterlibatan TRP dalam perkara ini,” ketus kordinator aksi ini.
Majelis hakim yang mengadili perkara itu, diharapkan dapat menegakkan keadilan sesuai dengan fakta persidangan. Di mana, TRP dikenal sebagai sosok yang tegas dan konsisten dalam memerangi dan memberantas peredaran narkotika di Langkat.
Selain itu, ratusan masa yang menggelar aksi juga mengetahui bahwa TRP sangat takut generasi muda di Negeri Bertuah ini terpapar narkotika. “Hakim agar bersikap adil memutuskan suatu perkara. Kami meminta majelis hakim menolak seluruhnya isi dakwaan dan tuntutan jaksa,” tegas Bobby.
Massa juga menilai, restitusi yang dimohonkan Lembaga Perlindungan Saksi dan Korban (LPSK) kepada terdakwa tidaklah beralasan. Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) dalam tuntutannta tidak menjelaskan secara rinci terkait restitusi itu.
Dimana, tidak ada keterangan rinci terkait kerugian yang dialami para korban selama dalam pemulihan di tempat pembinaan dekat rumah TRP. Sehingga, TRP sangat patut dibebaskan dari perkara TPPO yang menjeratnya.
“Kami Menilai, melihat fakta-fakta persidangan tuntutat JPU sangat tidak masuk akal. Kami butuh sosok TRP, sosok garda terdepan yang dengan nyata dan tegas memerangi narkotika. Kami mohon kepada majelis hakim agar fakta persidangan menjadi pertimbangan yang seadil-adilnya,” tegas Bobby, sembari membubarkan diri bersama ratusan massa. (Ahmad)
